Our yoga sessions are designed to complement your surf journey. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned surfer, yoga helps improve flexibility, core strength, focus, and recovery. It prepares your body for the ocean and helps you stay grounded in daily life.

Komal Mane has participated in 1750 hours of Hatha Yoga Training offered by the Sadhguru Gurukulam, conducted at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India, and is certified to offer Classical Hatha Yoga practices structured by Sadhguru.
