Careers at Makai

Work With Makai

Working at Makai means being around surf sessions, guests and the everyday work that keeps an adventure business running well.

Some roles are in the water. Others are about helping people, organising bookings or documenting what happens. What matters is being dependable, comfortable working with people and genuinely interested in the kind of work Makai does.
