Cancellation & Refund Policy
Plans can change. Before you book, it helps to know what can be changed afterwards and what cannot.
Rescheduling
Your booking can be moved to a future date, subject to availability. For normal bookings, rescheduling is free of charge.
Transfer Your Booking
If you are unable to use the booking yourself, you may transfer it to another person.
Cancellations
Makai follows a strict no-cancellation policy. We therefore ask that you make a booking once your travel plans are reasonably certain.
Special Dates
Some bookings are made specifically for particular dates, such as Christmas, Diwali and New Year. For these special-date bookings, there are no cancellations or refunds.
